I'm always looking for new ways to add them into my diet and one of my favorite ways is to toss some spinach or kale in the blender and mix it into a smoothie. I know it sounds and looks odd, but this is a must try, it's really good. Kale is packed full of vitamin A, C and beta carotene. I'm not a huge fan of cooked kale, I like it in restaurants but haven't mastered cooking it at home. So I moved on to 'plan B' and toss it in my shakes! Here's a super simple recipe for you to try: 1 Cup unsweetened vanilla Almond or Coconut milk 1 Cup non fat Greek yogurt 1 tsp raw honey (100 natural pure maple syrup or stevia also work well) 1 banana 2 cups Kale or spinach Toss it all in the blender and enjoy. If you are using spinach, try cantaloupe and coconut milk. I know it sounds really yucky, but honest, it's good!! Let me know what you guys think and what other not very common ingredients you like in a smoothie.

I did 1 set with no weight and 3 sets of 15 with 35lbs on each leg. It's a great exercise to tighten and tone your legs and glutes and will help you lose body fat because you are burning a ton of calories. You will get in a bit of cardio too, your heart rate will jump up quickly
