Now you can do sets of short reps. For example you can do 10 sets of 1 pull up. It might sound easy to many of you, but there ARE beginners out there. If 1 is the max you can do, I suggest you do as many sets as you can at 1, until you get to the point where you can do 2 comfortably. After that, you can do 10 sets of 2, or 8 sets of 3 etc...
